Let the blogging continue...

Back from Tanzania and Ghana. This library is in a "container" and after sending the books over last year, we managed this year to create a system for Joyce the librarian to sort and stack her books. Working in a 'container" in over 30 degrees heat and high humidity has its challenges, but watching teachers and kids to able to easily locate and use books was worth every bit of the sweat we chucked into it.
So from tomorrow, I am back into a few good reviews with the pile of new books stacked on my desk waiting to enter our collection back in Cambridge High School Library, just want to say that our students are so blessed to have the range of books that they do! I hope that they know that!
Maybe if anyone complains I will get them to count the number of taps in their house and then tell them how many Joyce has!
Lastly we are planning a couple of new libraries in Tanzania, but what freaks me out about that is how do we locate the snakes in the shelves before they find us!!! Now that is something we don't have to worry about here in little NZ is it??
Also just want to say that we have had officially over 50,000 hits onto this blog- so thanks to all of you who have been part of this blog so far!!
