I am doing all I can to placate all you Jodi Picoult fans and give you another author to hook into. I have discovered Deb Caletti and she fits the bill.  Her book- Honey, Baby, Sweetheart, was a national book award finalist and the reviews for Stay are striking.
Publishers Weekly said it was gripping and layered- giving incite into ideas about love, power and who we forgive.
Stay is about whether you continue a relationship that has control over you. Clara is in a relationship with the obsessive Christan, so she escapes from his control- but can she really escape, is she free, will the fear ever leave her?
